Account settings
Click your avatar → Settings (app.mychatbot.app/profile). The page is titled Account Settings and opens on the first tab you are allowed to see. This is the map of every tab, with the details that are not obvious from the labels.
Which tabs you see
| Tab | Who sees it | Covered on |
|---|---|---|
| My Profile, General Settings, Messaging Settings, AI Core Settings, Chat Actions, Agent Actions | Every teammate | This page |
| AI client analytics settings, AI conversation analytics settings | Analytics access (saving is admin-only) | AI analytics |
| Operators | Admins | Team & access |
| Team & Access | Admins and Sales Leads | Team & access |
| Pipelines | Admins | Leads & Pipelines → Managing pipelines |
| Billing | Admins | Balance & billing |
On the Agents Platform side (/agents/profile) only My Profile and General Settings exist. Log out sits at the bottom of the tab list.
My Profile
| Block | Details |
|---|---|
| Profile picture | Upload new picture / Delete. PNG or JPG; the uploader rejects files over 2 MB (the hint text says 10 MB — the lower limit is the one enforced) |
| Personal Information | Full Name, Your Role, phone, Email, Company Name — Edit → Save changes |
| Privacy | Manage privacy settings (analytics and advertising cookies for this browser) and Read privacy policy |
| Security | Change Password — current password, new password (at least 8 characters), confirmation |
| Delete Account | "This will permanently delete your account and all associated data." — Delete My Account |
General Settings
All of these are personal preferences — they follow you, not the account.
| Setting | Details |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Light / Dark |
| Sound notifications | "Play a beep on new messages" — see Notifications → Sound and toasts |
| Push notifications | Per device and browser — see Notifications → Browser push |
| Interface language | English, Ukrainian, Russian, Italian, Polish. Stored in this browser only; an unsupported value falls back to English |
| Instruction editor font | Montserrat (current UI font) or CodeMirror default (monospace) — for the Role & Sales Script editor |
| Line numbers | Show line numbers in that editor |
| Inline autocomplete | AI suggestions while you type instructions. When the platform has the feature switched off you will see "Inline autocomplete is currently disabled for all assistants." and the toggle is greyed out |
There is no account-level timezone or working-hours setting here. Both belong to each agent — Agents → agent → Settings → Work Hours — and the timezone there is used as the agent's clock even when no schedule is enabled. See Assistant configuration → Work Hours.
Messaging Settings (saved reply templates)
The page is titled Messaging Templates. These are your team's saved replies — the ones the chat composer offers when you type / or press Ctrl/Cmd+K, and that the / shortcut inserts into automation and outreach message fields. They are not WhatsApp-approved message templates; those live on the WhatsApp channel (see WhatsApp → Message templates).
| Control | Details |
|---|---|
| New Category → Add | Group templates; the left column filters by category (All Categories) with its own search |
| New Template | Template name, Select category, message content |
| Variables | Click a chip to insert it: , , , , — filled from the chat the template is used in |
| Table | Template, Category, Actions (edit / delete with "Delete Template '…'?") |
| Validation | "Please enter a template name.", "Please enter message content." |
AI Core Settings
Choose Model — "Pick the catalog model used for agent replies. Prices are per 100 AI messages (USD)." One model per account; there is no per-agent model.
- The price tier filter groups models by USD band per 100 messages ("$13–$16 includes models priced at $14", "Models above $16 appear under $17+").
- The Current model card shows "Indicative price: $N per 100 AI messages". Choosing a pricier tier makes the displayed balance shrink proportionally — nothing is spent; see Balance & billing → What an AI message is.
- Reasoning effort (Low / Medium / High) appears only for GPT-5 family models (not the mini/nano variants): "Higher effort means deeper reasoning and slightly slower replies."
- Badges: Active, Coming soon, and an availability date for models not yet released. Retired models keep showing on old data but cannot be re-selected.
- Accounts still on the legacy Basic ($4) / Professional ($8) plans see "Your account is still on the legacy plan … Select a catalog model below to switch the engine."
Chat Actions
Bulk switching between AI and operator mode.
| Block | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Switch All Chats to Operator | Pick an agent, then Switch to Operator: "Transfer all active chats for the selected agent to operator mode. The AI will stop responding and operators will need to handle these chats manually." The confirmation (Mass Mode Switch) states the count |
| Agents Status Dashboard | Two columns — AI Managed and Operator Handled — with a per-agent To AI mode button and View Chats |
| Switch back to AI | Returns an agent's chats to AI mode — except chats the agent itself escalated: "Chats the AI escalated to a human will stay in Operator mode — they are still waiting for a reply." The result reads e.g. "N chat(s) stayed with the operator — the AI asked for a human there and nobody has replied yet" |
Use this after an outage or a mass takeover; for one chat, use the AI switch in the chat header.
Agent Actions
Agent Visibility — "Hide an agent from the active list. This will not delete any chat history or data associated with the agent." Hide Agent moves the assistant to Hidden Agents, where Restore brings it back. Hiding is the only way to remove an assistant from the pickers — assistants are never deleted (see Assistant configuration → Adding and removing assistants).
Billing
"Manage your payment method, invoices and billing history through Stripe." — Manage on Stripe opens the Stripe customer portal. The button stays disabled until the account has paid through Stripe at least once (invoice-billed accounts have nothing to open). Balance, plans and what is charged are on Balance & billing.
