Two platforms — know which one you're in

MyChatBot has two platforms, and you switch between them with the tabs at the top-left of app.mychatbot.app:

• 🛒 Sales Platform — your customer-facing AI assistant. Connect messaging Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, the website widget…), wire CRMs under Integrations, and manage Leads, Chats, Orders and outreach.
• 🤖 Agents Platform — autonomous agents that do work for you. Configure their tools, Connectors, Knowledge, Tasks, Skills and Teams.

⚠️ The two platforms share several sidebar names — Agents, Channels, Knowledge, Tasks, Integrations/Connectors. When a page says "under Channels" or "under Connectors", it means the section on the platform that page is about (the sidebar these docs mirror tells you which). If something isn't where you expect, check which platform tab you're on first.

The two things you'll spend the most time on

🔎 Inventory & Product Search

Get a product catalog into the platform and make the agent find the right item every time — feeds, spreadsheets, file uploads; the search tools, filters and searchable attributes; image search; and the failure modes that actually bite in production.

🤖 Agents Platform

Configure agents that do real work — the tool toggles and exactly what each enables, third-party app connectors, knowledge bases, memory, scheduled tasks, skills, models & reasoning, MCP, and connecting Telegram.

Everything else

• Channels — connect Website Widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Viber, Gmail, Webhooks.
• CRM & Integrations — KeyCRM, SalesDrive, Bitrix24, Kommo, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Altegio, Google Calendar/Sheets, and third-party app connectors (Gmail, Slack, Notion, and more).
• Lead Processing — labels, statuses, follow-ups.
• Cheat Sheets — every quick-reference in one place.
