MyChatBot platform documentation β
Practical guides for building customer-facing sales assistants and autonomous agents on MyChatBot β including product search, channels, connectors, skills, and reusable routine workflows. Every guide maps what you read to what you click in the app, and every page is also available as raw Markdown for Claude, Codex, and other agent clients.
New here? Start with Core concepts & glossary, then build your first agent.
Want to build something specific? Jump to the Guides β step-by-step recipes (personal Telegram assistant, Instagram shop, call/email campaigns, a voice storefront, scheduled agent teams, and more), each with the minimum plan you'll need.
For repeatable or autonomous work, the routine is the central entity on the Agents Platform. Agents, models, skills, connectors, and knowledge provide capabilities to its steps; schedules and supported triggers decide when it starts. Conversations remain the right place for ad-hoc work, inspection, approvals, and debugging.
Want Claude or Codex to configure and test a repeatable workflow for you? Start with Build routines with Claude or Codex. The account-scoped Agents MCP lets your coding agent inspect available agents, skills, connectors, and knowledge; author YAML; validate it; and run a bounded preview before you activate a schedule or trigger.
From configuration to production β
Claude or Codex is the normal configuration and prototyping plane for non-trivial systems. Use the Agents MCP to assemble Agents Platform capabilities and routines, and the Sales-Management MCP to configure Sales assistants, clients, channels, CRM, and knowledge. After review, promote the result as a validated, disabled routine; then let the Agents Platform run it with the selected production agents and models.

Sales Platform β customer conversations and CRM runtimeThe Sales Platform continues to own customer chats, channels, leads, orders, pipeline state, and its native follow-ups. What moves to the Agents Platform is the higher-level orchestration around those sales processes. See the complete routine-first operating model, including the current one-way event boundary and scheduled-polling pattern.
Two platforms β know which one you're in
MyChatBot has two platforms, and you switch between them with the tabs at the top-left of app.mychatbot.app:
- π Sales Platform β your customer-facing AI assistant. Connect messaging Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, the website widgetβ¦), wire CRMs under Integrations, and manage Leads, Chats, Orders and outreach.
- π€ Agents Platform β autonomous agents that do work for you. Configure their tools, Connectors, Knowledge, Tasks, Skills and Teams.
β οΈ The two platforms share several sidebar names β Agents, Channels, Knowledge, Tasks, Integrations/Connectors. When a page says "under Channels" or "under Connectors", it means the section on the platform that page is about (the sidebar these docs mirror tells you which). If something isn't where you expect, check which platform tab you're on first.
The two things you'll spend the most time on β
π Inventory & Product Search β
Get a product catalog into the platform and make the agent find the right item every time β feeds, spreadsheets, file uploads; the search tools, filters and searchable attributes; image search; and the failure modes that actually bite in production.
π€ Agents Platform β
Build durable routines that do repeatable work β supported by agents and models, third-party connectors, knowledge bases, memory, schedules, triggers, and reusable skills. Use the Agents MCP from Claude or Codex to configure and test the system before the platform takes over production execution.
Everything else β
- Channels β compare Sales Platform customer channels with the direct Telegram connection for an Agents Platform agent, then choose the right setup guide.
- CRM & Integrations β KeyCRM, SalesDrive, Bitrix24, Kommo, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Altegio, Google Calendar/Sheets, and third-party app connectors (Gmail, Slack, Notion, and more).
- Lead Processing β labels, statuses, follow-ups.
- Cheat Sheets β every quick-reference in one place.
