  2. Create a bot at partners.viber.com and copy its access token.
  3. Paste the token into the Viber settings, click Save changes, then turn the connection on.

  1. Open the Channels tab in your MyChatbot dashboard (app.mychatbot.app/channels).
  2. Select the agent you want to connect to Viber.
  3. Open the Viber tab.
  4. Read the short setup note on the panel β€” it links straight to Viber's create-bot page.

TIP

You need a Viber account to create a bot, and each bot is tied to one specific Viber account.

3. Connect the bot to MyChatbot

  1. Copy the access token from Viber.
  2. Paste it into the Token field on the Viber panel. The field is masked by default β€” use the eye icon to reveal what you pasted.
  3. Click Save changes. MyChatbot validates the token with Viber before saving.
  4. Turn the connection toggle on to go live.

Once the connection is on, the panel shows your live Bot name, linked to its public Viber chat β€” a quick confirmation that the token is valid and the bot is reachable.

WARNING

As soon as the connection is turned on, your agent starts replying to Viber messages. Turn it on only when the agent is ready to go live.
